Kerstin Templeton, PT is a physical therapist with 21 years of experience that includes traditional physical therapy as well as integrated osteopathic manual therapy. She specializes in the treatment of complex back pain, myofascial pain syndrome, and headaches, and she has had success with chronic ailments that have not responded to other forms of treatment.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University in Boston in 1990, and she completed her Certificate of Advanced Study in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2003.
She has continued to advance her skills with frequent participation in continuing education and workshops, with emphasis on Craniosacral Therapy with The Upledger Institute, the study of Muscle Energy Technique, Strain- Counterstrain and Positional Release, Myofascial Release, Visceral Manipulation and biomechanics.
Kerstin is currently appointed as Adjunct Faculty in the Physical Therapy program at Simmons College, Boston, MA.
